Blue maw seed is an Oil-rich, excellent tonic & conditioning seed for seed-eating birds. It is often called Poppy Seed because it heralds from poppy plants. It’s a small, fine seed that bird-keepers often provide to their birds in small quantities or by mixing the seed with egg food.
